  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, picks viewed, and interactions with our AI analysis tools.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device type for optimizing your experience.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service, including generating AI-powered picks and analysis.
  • To send daily pick email digests (for subscribers who opt in).
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
  • To improve our AI models and the accuracy of our projections.
  • To communicate important service updates and changes.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Riparoo:

  • Stripe— Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
  • The Odds API — Real-time odds data from sportsbooks.
  • NBA/MLB APIs — Player statistics and game data.
  • Anthropic — AI analysis of player performance and betting edges.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers.

4. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our daily pick digest, you will receive email notifications containing AI-analyzed picks. This is an opt-in service. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by managing your preferences in your account settings. We may also send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., password resets, billing confirmations) which are not marketing communications.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to allow for reactivation.
  • Email subscriber data: Retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@riparoo.com.
  • Usage and analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for improving our models.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the Service to function properly, including authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. No consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18 (or 21 where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
